Job Summary
Role: Business Analyst Collections Domain
Location: Toronto ON (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months (Contract)

- Mandatory: Experience with ECP CACS Tool
- Strong knowledge in US Collections Domain
- Experience working within Banking/Financial Services (BMO experience is a strong plus)
- Must have led migration projects as a Lead BA
- Technical understanding of SQL and Data Mapping is highly desirable
- CBAP Certification is an added advantage
Responsibilities
- Lead and drive migration/transition projects within the collections domain
- Collaborate closely with business technology and vendor teams to define and document business requirements
- Analyze map and validate data across systems using SQL and data mapping tools
- Ensure smooth integration of ECP CACS tool into existing processes
- Conduct workshops requirements gathering and user acceptance support
- Provide consulting insights to optimize business processes and workflows
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
