Job Summary
Job Summary (List Format):
- Provide hemodialysis treatment to acute/inpatient patients at various north region hospitals (bedside dialysis).
- Float between multiple hospital sites as needed to cover patient care.
- Care for approximately 2 patients per shift maintaining a 1:1 patient-to-nurse ratio.
- Utilize EPIC for charting Pyxis for medication dispensing and operate BBraun and Milimum HX dialysis machines.
- Receive consistent support from manager and team (remote and onsite).
- Participate in a 1 2 week orientation period including tandem work with another RN for 2 days.
- Adapt to working independently and as part of a team in diverse hospital settings.
- Wear any solid color scrubs; free parking available at all sites.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of hemodialysis experience (inpatient or outpatient).
- Active RN license (Wisconsin or compact).
- Active BLS certification (AHA).
- Ability to work independently and as a strong team player.
