Job Summary

Required Skills & Experience:

12 years of total IT experience with at least 5 years in solution/technical architecture roles.

Strong domain knowledge in Telecommunications OSS/BSS Network Operations CRM Billing and related business processes.

Proven experience leading large-scale Telco transformation or digital modernization programs.

Hands-on experience with GenAI technologies (LLMs prompt engineering embeddings vector databases AI model integration etc.).

Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and microservices-based architecture.

Expertise in system integration API management data flow design and security architecture.

Experience representing architecture in customer governance boards (architecture security or data privacy forums).

Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills especially at senior leadership levels (Director/VP).
