Job Summary:
The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for managing and coordinating multi-stakeholder projects producing high-quality documentation and applying recognized methodologies. The role involves leading system replacement or modernization projects gathering requirements and providing implementation support.
Location:Fredericton New Brunswick Canada
Responsibilities:
- Managing or coordinating multi-stakeholder projects involving business technical and vendor teams.
- Producing high-quality business and technical documentation (process maps requirements specifications project plans risk registers).
- Working within recognized project management or business analysis methodologies (BABOK PMI Agile Waterfall).
- Coordinating project activities managing schedules and dependencies and facilitating effective communication among cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Leading or supporting system replacement or modernization initiatives including requirements gathering business process analysis vendor engagement implementation support and stakeholder management.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- 7 years of experience managing or coordinating multi-stakeholder projects.
- 7 years of experience producing high-quality business and technical documentation.
- 7 years of experience working within recognized project management or business analysis methodologies.
- Excellent facilitation analytical and communication skills in English.
- 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst leading system replacement or modernization projects.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Experience leading or supporting system replacement or modernization initiatives.
- Experience working within government or large enterprise settings particularly those involving structured procurement and RFP processes.
- Relevant certifications or credentials such as CBAP PMI-PBA PMP or equivalent professional experience and training in business analysis project coordination or project management.
Special Considerations:
- Must be able to commence work within 2 weeks of contract award.
- Must dedicate the required level of effort for the full duration of the engagement.
