Responsibilities:
- Administer medications.
- Provide patient teaching.
- Conduct nurse-only visits.
- Administer vaccines.
- Perform telephone triage.
- Call back patients with results and follow up on inquiries.
- Manage patient inquiries through the Epic portal.
- Administer medications.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- Active Registered Nurse license.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an ambulatory setting.
- Minimum 2 years of inpatient/acute care experience.
- Minimum 6 months of Telephone Triage experience.
- Active Registered Nurse license.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an ambulatory setting.
- Minimum 2 years of inpatient/acute care experience.
- Minimum 6 months of Telephone Triage experience.
