Roles/Responsibilities:
- Manage and Support Oracle Fusion HCM - Core HR Payroll Time & Labor and Benefits.
- Configure and optimize fast formulas and workflows to streamline business operations.
- Design build and maintain reports in Oracle Fusion (BI Publisher OTBI).
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and Oracle as needed.
- Document system configurations processes and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Mandatory Skills:
- Five (5) years administering Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
- Strong experience with fast formulas workflow optimization and custom reports.
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Effective communicator who can work with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Desirable Skills:
- Working Knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM Best Practices.
- Experience with business process analysis.
- Experience with technical design specifications.
- Experience with data management.
- Willingness to train internal staff.
- Familiarity with SDLC IT Change Control and Cloud Deployment Methodologies.
- Familiarity with core technologies including: ServiceNow Office365.
- Oracle Cloud 2025 Certified Implementation Professional
- Experience in the public sector.
