Job Summary

Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Manage and Support Oracle Fusion HCM - Core HR Payroll Time & Labor and Benefits.
  • Configure and optimize fast formulas and workflows to streamline business operations.
  • Design build and maintain reports in Oracle Fusion (BI Publisher OTBI).
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors and Oracle as needed.
  • Document system configurations processes and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Mandatory Skills:

  1. Five (5) years administering Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
  2. Strong experience with fast formulas workflow optimization and custom reports.
  3. Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM.
  4. Effective communicator who can work with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Desirable Skills:

  1. Working Knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM Best Practices.
  2. Experience with business process analysis.
  3. Experience with technical design specifications.
  4. Experience with data management.
  5. Willingness to train internal staff.
  6. Familiarity with SDLC IT Change Control and Cloud Deployment Methodologies.
  7. Familiarity with core technologies including: ServiceNow Office365.
  8. Oracle Cloud 2025 Certified Implementation Professional
  9. Experience in the public sector.
