Description:

• IAM Strategy & Architecture: Translate enterprise security requirements into scalable.
• SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ implementations aligned with compliance governance and business needs.
• Solution Design & Development: Design develop and configure SailPoint connectors workflows provisioning rules and access review processes.
• Lifecycle Management: Implement end-to-end user lifecycle management solutions including onboarding role-based access control (RBAC) and de-provisioning using SailPoint tools.
• Integration Expertise: Integrate SailPoint with various target systems (Active Directory Azure AD SAP ServiceNow Workday etc.) ensuring secure and seamless access provisioning.
• Custom Development: Develop custom BeanShell scripts REST APIs and plugins as per business logic for identity governance workflows and policy enforcement.
• SailPoint Deployment & Support: Lead deployment into production monitor job schedules handle defects performance tuning and provide L2/L3 support for SailPoint issues.
• Governance & Compliance: Implement compliance policies including certification campaigns SOD policies and access audits with documentation and controls.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with security architects risk managers HRIS and IT operations to define identity access requirements and ensure successful rollouts.
• Innovation & Enhancement: Stay current with SailPoint version upgrades product features and IAM trends to recommend enhancements and continuous improvements.
• Security & Best Practices: Apply secure coding practices change management and IAM industry best standards (NIST ISO 27001 etc.) in solution delivery.

Technical Proficiency:

• Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow including connector development workflows certifications and rules.
• Expertise in Java BeanShell XML REST/SOAP APIs for customization and integration.
• Experience integrating with Active Directory Azure AD Workday SAP Okta or ServiceNow.
• Good understanding of Identity Governance Role Management Access Reviews and Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies.
• Knowledge of Cloud IAM SSO Federation protocols (SAML OAuth OpenID Connect).
• Experience with CI/CD Git Jenkins and scripting (PowerShell Python).
• Familiarity with ticketing tools (JIRA ServiceNow) and Agile methodologies.
• Certifications like SailPoint Certified Implementation Engineer CISSP or Security are a plus.
