Description

We are seeking an experienced professional with strong expertise in Identity Management and related technologies. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented analytical and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and process automation.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

Extensive experience in Identity Management including:
- User provisioning lifecycle and application provisioning.
- Hands-on experience with an Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) system such as Saviynt IGA or SailPoint.
Ability to work independently with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong customer service orientation:
- Experience in roles involving direct interaction (in-person or virtual) with diverse personnel including mid-level and executive leadership.
Strong analytical and research skills:
- Ability to identify inefficient or cumbersome operations and propose/implement process improvements.
- Review existing workflows to develop and recommend streamlining solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) experience.
Strong automation skills including scripting tools such as PowerShell PEGA or similar.
Experience with Mainframe/RACF and DB2 systems.
Proficiency with Active Directory/LDS or similar LDAP environments.
Experience in Remote Access Management (e.g. RSA SecurID VPN Citrix).
Familiarity with data reporting and metrics tools such as Microsoft Power BI.
Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing/request systems.
