ob Description – Skilled Pipeline Engineer
Reports To: Construction Manager
Role Purpose:
Provide engineering and technical expertise in pipeline construction ensuring safe quality and
timely execution as per project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and support planning updates.
• Interpret pipeline drawings including alignment sheets crossing details and procedures.
• Coordinate with Construction Manager QC HSE and Planning teams for smooth
execution.
• Monitor pipeline stringing fit-up welding NDT FJC lowering and pre-commissioning
activities.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.
• Support troubleshooting and client/third-party inspections.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–10 years of pipeline construction experience (oil & gas).
• Skilled in DPR preparation drawing interpretation and team coordination.
• Strong knowledge of HSE and quality requirements.
• Strong knowledge of ASME B31.8
