Key Responsibilities:

Develop train and fine-tune custom AI/ML models based on business requirements.
Work with datasets to clean preprocess and prepare them for training and evaluation.
Evaluate model performance and apply optimization techniques to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with backend and frontend teams to integrate AI models into existing systems or applications.
Implement automation and predictive analytics using AI tools and frameworks.
Stay updated with the latest developments in AI/ML technologies and apply them where suitable.
Maintain proper documentation for model versions datasets and training processes.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms model training and evaluation techniques.
Experience with Python and libraries like TensorFlow PyTorch Scikit-learn or similar.
Knowledge of data handling tools such as Pandas NumPy Pytorch and SQL.
Ability to design and train custom models from scratch for various use cases.
Familiarity with deployment methods (e.g. REST APIs FastAPI or Flask for ML integration).
Good understanding of data visualization tools like Matplotlib or Power BI (preferred).
Strong analytical problem-solving and teamwork skills.
