Job Summary

Job Title: Sales Manager – Housing Loan (Affordable Segment)
Location: Ahmedabad Kalol Kadi
Company: STAFFIAA Services
CTC: 6 – 8 LPA
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

Key Responsibilities:

Source Housing Loan (Affordable Segment) business through DSA channels.
Develop and manage relationships with DSAs connectors and other channel partners.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per business objectives.
Coordinate with credit operations and other internal teams for loan processing and disbursement.
Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high standards of customer service.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and pipeline updates.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Housing Loan or Affordable Housing Loan sales.
Proven track record in DSA sourcing.
Strong market knowledge of Ahmedabad Kalol and Kadi areas.
Excellent communication negotiation and relationship management skills.
Graduation is mandatory.
