Position: Deputy General Manager
Location: Thrissur
Experience: 20 years of experience in senior NBFC/banking roles including team handling
Responsibilities
- Strategize and drive business growth across assigned regions/functions.
- Monitor and manage operational efficiency profitability and compliance.
- Supervise cross-functional teams (sales credit recovery operations).
- Coordinate with Head Office departments to ensure seamless branch support.
- Evaluate market trends and competitor practices to guide policy and strategy.
- Conduct performance reviews and mentoring of regional leadership.
- Drive new initiatives digital adoption and product rollouts.
- Ensure compliance with RBI/NBFC guidelines and internal SOPs.
- Willing to travel extensively and manage field operations
