Job Summary

Quality Conformance Manager (QCM):
The QCM acts as the local quality interface on the production line. The mission is to identify analyze and support the resolution of quality issues using PPS/9S methodology.
The QCM ensures problem-solving discipline coordinates actions between production and quality teams and provides technical analysis of non-conformities.

Typical Background:
• Engineering degree (industrial aeronautical or mechanical).
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in quality or production within Airbus or its ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
• Root cause analysis (PPS Event NC clustering)
• Technical and process analysis for non-conformities
• Support and coordination of quality activities (Level 1 & 2)
• Facilitation of KPI / TRM / QPRM meetings and synergy reviews
• Coaching of junior engineers or technicians
• Continuous improvement follow-up (Lean PDCA DMAIC)

Sector Knowledge:
• Airbus environment FAL (Final Assembly Line) aircraft manufacturing processes

Hard Skills:
• Strong background in industrial processes and problem-solving (8D 9S Ishikawa 5 Whys QQOQCP QRQC)
• Good command of ERP tools (SAP CAPRI) Skywise PowerBI
• Project management methods (LBIP Agile PMP)
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities

Soft Skills:
• Leadership and strong communication
• Organizational rigor and autonomy
• Prioritization structured reporting and meeting facilitation
• Proactive mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
• Tools: MS Office / Google Suite
