Job Summary

Role:
• The Project Planning and Cost Control Specialist is responsible for the management and coordination of all the tasks related to the planning of works and cost control within the established scope
• The powers conferred by the Corporate or Branch Planning and Cost Control Manager (whenever such a role is covered) to whom he reports directly (in functional terms).
• Develops and monitors budgets schedules and resources for projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget

Key responsibilities:
• Creating project plans tracking progress managing financial aspects like forecasting and reporting.
• Performing risk analysis and communicating performance to stakeholders.
