Job Summary
Position: Stress Engineer - Uplift Stress Analysis
Project / Work Location: Bremen - Germany
Responsibilities:
- Perform structural stress analysis with focus on uplift loads and relevant calculations.
- Support design teams in structural assessments and verification.
- Prepare technical reports stress notes and documentation according to project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with airworthiness standards and customer specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design Manufacturing Certification).
Requirements:
- Degree in Aerospace Engineering Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in structural / stress analysis (preferably in aerospace).
- Knowledge of FEM tools (e.g. NASTRAN PATRAN Hypermesh or similar).
- Understanding of certification requirements (EASA/CS).
- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficient in English; German is a plus.
