- To develop and manage the relationship(s) retention and financial performance of the Standard Banks Loyalty and Rewards partners.
- To acquire partners for the loyalty and rewards programme.
- To represent Standard Banks interests with existing and potential Loyalty and Rewards partners and to optimise the associated customer experience benefits.
- Develop and implement appropriate action plans to pro-actively address operational and financial deviations detected in the performance against mutually budgeted commitments with the partner
- Identify analyse and implement all strategic and operational changes necessary to enhance financial performance for partners and business.
Qualifications :
- First Degree/ Business Commerce Marketing
- Experience in partner management or relationship management.
- Experience in sales marketing and campaign management experience and a proven track record in Project Management and in business and contract management.
