Job Summary
Our client who is a national JSE listed business is looking for a operationally minded accountant. This role is critical within the division to ensure accurate reporting and seamless operations. If you love working with autonomy and getting things done apply today!
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
Full finance function
Budgets and forecasting
Cashflow management
Continuous process improvements
Team management team of 4
Full tax compliance
GL reconciliations
Month end process and close
Preparing the annual financial statements
Assist the procurement department
BEE planning and implementation
Insurance claims
Payroll deductions
Skills & Experience:
Willing to travel every quarter
Sage X3 beneficial
Solutions Driven
Attention to detail
Work independently
Positive team player
Manufacturing Retail FMCG Mining experience
Qualification:
BCom Accounting degree SAICA articles non negotiable
Minimum 3-5 years experience post articles in a similar role
