This 6000-square-meter Saxdowne Shopping Centre is convenience store located at the busy intersection of Stellenbosch Arterial and Saxdowne Road.
The development emphasises accessibility intending to cater to local residents and travellers along this key route in Cape Towns industrial areas.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Building Foreman on Shopping Mall projects
- Proven ability to manage on-site teams subcontractors and day-to-day operations
- Strong technical and leadership skills with attention to quality and safety
- Ability to read and interpret building plans and specifications
- Valid drivers licence and own transport
- Overseeing site works progress and quality control
- Coordinating materials labour and subcontractors
- Ensuring deadlines and safety standards are met
- Reporting to the Site Agent / Project Manager
