Role Overview
We are seeking ahighly motivated MBA (Sales & Marketing) Internwho is eager to learn contribute and grow with RChilli. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to work onbusiness development lead generation digital marketing and market researchin the HR Tech domain.
This internship program is uniquely designed in alignment with RChillis CEO providing direct exposure to strategic initiatives leadership insights and company growth objectives.
Please note: This role will follow US shift timings to align with our global operations.
Key Responsibilities

Support the sales & marketing team inbusiness development activities including lead generation outreach and customer engagement.

Conductmarket researchto identify new opportunities in the APAC/Philippines region.

Assist in creatingmarketing campaigns including email social media and digital channels.

Preparesales presentations proposals and client communication material.

Work closely with the sales team to track and analyzecampaign effectiveness & pipeline progress.

Collaborate onbrand-building activitiesin the local market.

Participate in strategic discussions and projects aligned with theCEOs visionfor business expansion.
Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed anMBA in Sales Marketing or Business Management.

Strongcommunication and presentation skills(written & verbal).

Basic knowledge ofdigital marketing CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.

Analytical mindset withresearch and data interpretation skills.

Ability to work independently with aself-starter attitude.

Passion for technology HR Tech and business growth.

Willingness to work in US shift (night shift - Philippine time).
