Role Overview

We are seeking aDemand Generation Associatebased in ourMohali officeto support RChillisglobal marketing initiativesandlead-generation efforts. This role is ideal for an energetic ambitious professional with6 months to 1 year of experiencein marketing or sales support who is passionate about driving awareness generating leads and fueling pipeline growth in aSaaS/HR Tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning executing and optimizingdemand generation campaignsacross digital channels (email social media SEO PPC webinars).
Conduct research to identifynew markets target accounts and buyer personas.
Track and report campaign performance (leads generated engagement ROI).
Work with the marketing and sales teams tonurture leads through the funnel.
Manage and updateCRM/marketing automation platforms(HubSpot Salesforce or similar).
Support the creation ofcampaign assetssuch as email templates landing pages and social content.
Monitorcompetitor activities and market trendsto suggest new ideas for lead generation.
Provideweekly/monthly performance reportsand recommendations for campaign improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degreein Marketing Business Communications or related field.
6 months to 1 year of experiencein marketing demand generation or lead generation roles (internships considered).
Basic understanding ofdigital marketing channels and demand generation strategies.
Familiarity withmarketing tools(Google Analytics HubSpot Salesforce or similar).
Stronganalytical skillswith the ability to interpret data and trends.
Goodwritten and verbal communication skillsin English.
Self-starterwith a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work effectively in ahybrid setup.
