Job Description
Technical Skills
SAQL (Salesforce Analytics Query Language) for complex queries
JSON metadata editing for dashboards and datasets
SOQL & SOSL for Salesforce data extraction
Apex (basic knowledge) to support CRMA data preparation and integration
Integration tools: MuleSoft Informatica and other external ETL tools
REST/SOAP APIs for data integration into CRMA
Analytical & BI Skills
Strong data modeling knowledge (star schema joins measures dimensions)
Data visualization best practices (chart selection KPI tracking performance
optimization)
Experience with Tableau CRM Templates and embedded dashboards
Ability to optimize dashboards for performance and scalability
Knowledge of Tableau (as Salesforce is integrating CRMA with the Tableau
ecosystem)
