Key Accountabilities
1. Financial Accounting & Reporting:
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records including general ledger entries.
Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
2. Accounts Payable & Receivable:
Manage accounts payable and receivable functions including invoicing payments collections and reconciliations.
Verify allocate post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
3. Banking & Reconciliation:
Perform daily bank reconciliations and cash flow management.
Monitor companys financial position and provide regular updates to management.
4. Taxation & Compliance:
Prepare and file GST TDS and other statutory returns as per regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Liaise with auditors tax consultants and other external stakeholders.
FLA (Foreign -Liabilities and Assets) submission for all LLPs on annual basis including coordination with US SPV and Auditors Office.
APR (Annual Performance Report) submission for all LLPs on annual basis including coordination with US SPV for the audit of financial statements of the US SPV and the Auditors Office.
Annual LLP filings (Form 8) for each Project LLP to be provided to the audit team.
Preparation and filing of ROC filings in respect of AGI and group companies in terms of Form 3 Form 4 DIR KYC DPT 3 Form MSME.
Taking care of Legal proceedings as and when they arise by liaising with auditors and lawyers and appearing before authorities.
