Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and manage dashboards using Power BI and Looker
Studio to visualize core business metrics and drive strategic
decisions.
- Perform advanced data analysis in Excel including pivot tables
complex formulas and application of sophisticated business logic
for in-depth reporting.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for large datasets across platforms
(Google BigQuery PostgreSQL GCP SSMS) ensuring data integrity
and high-performance data access.
- Build and maintain robust ETL pipelines using SSIS Rivery Hevo
and custom Python scripts for automated data transformation.
- Apply predictive and statistical modeling for data-driven analysis
(churn prediction market mix modeling propensity modeling LTV
analysis CAC analysis ad spend optimization etc.).
- Provide ongoing reporting and insights for marketing campaigns
sales performance inventory network usage and financial
optimization.
- Manage stakeholder relationshipscommunicate findings clarify
dependencies and proactively address analytical challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables meet
business needs and enable relevant actionable insight.
- Demonstrate ownership of assigned tasksdeliver high-quality outputs
with minimal supervision and nurture strong client relationships.
- Ensure data quality accuracy and compliance by validating sources
cleansing datasets and applying data governance practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in data analytics business
intelligence or related fields.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL (must-have).
- Experience with Power BI Looker Studio and Python (Pandas NumPy
Matplotlib Seaborn).
- Familiarity with Google BigQuery PostgreSQL GCP SSMS.
- Proficiency in ETL toolsets: SSIS Rivery Hevo and Python
scripting.
- Exposure to digital marketing analytics platforms (Google Ads
Facebook Ads GA4 Shopify CRM APIs).
- Strong data storytelling and visualization capabilities.
- Excellent communication problem-solving and stakeholder management
skills.
- Proven ability to independently own multiple projects and deliver
impactful insights.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in Data Science SQL or Python (Scaler Alma Better
HackerRank etc.).
- Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling in a
commercial/business context.
- Prior work in e-commerce SaaS martech or digital marketing
environments.
