Hours of Work: 07:30 16:30 Monday to Friday
Are you a skilled fabricator with a keen eye for detail and a passion for precision Join our team at Mole Valley Farmers and play a key role in delivering high-quality workmanship that supports our customers and upholds our values.
As a Fabricator youll be part of a dedicated team ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining our high standards of safety and service.
What Youll Be Doing
- Carrying out daily fabricating duties as directed by the Site Foreman
- Adopting safe working practices at all times
- Applying a right first time approach to all tasks
- Reporting equipment failures or breakages promptly
- Following company procedures and health & safety regulations
- Supporting site security and maintaining confidentiality
- Being flexible and proactive in supporting wider team duties
What Were Looking For
- Understanding of welding techniques and equipment
- Awareness of health & safety regulations in the workplace
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and precision in work
- Physical dexterity and good hand-eye coordination
- A flexible adaptable approach and willingness to learn
