As a Graduate in Indirect Procurement part of Global Operations you will go through three 8- months rotations. The first rotation will be at our HQ in Ballerup then you transfer to a department outside Denmark for the second rotation and finally you return to HQ for the third rotation in a different department.

The Indirect Procurement team is on a transformational journey to capture a large and unreleased potential by increasing the maturity and proactivity of the Global Indirect Procurement function.
Within the Global Indirect Procurement organization you will find a diverse team in terms of gender nationality and age. A common denominator for the team members is peoples many years of procurement and category management experience. Most of the team is located at our head quarter in Denmark but we are also represented in North America.

Moreover you will become part of a network together with 13 other fellow graduates. Some will also be working within Operations while others are exploring areas such as Finance Marketing People & Communications R&D or Digital Data & IT.
As part of the graduate program you will have the opportunity to:
Manage your own sourcing projects including negotiation with suppliers
Be part of developing and implementing Category Strategies
Assess opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Collaborate with colleagues from our Danish and North American organization and across all functions in GN
Working with Spend and Contract Management tools
To thrive in the role we imagine that you:
Have a masters degree in Supply Chain Finance or a related field within Business - or expect to graduate before September 2026 with good academic performance
Have maximum one years full-time work experience post-graduation
Have international experience through internship study abroad or volunteering
Appreciate the value of data and recognize its significance in a global organization
Have good analytical skills and work in a structured way
Bring motivation curiosity and an aspiration to learn and grow in your role.
Possess effective communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English
