Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders product managers and technology teams to define document and validate business requirements.
Analyze and document processes related to portfolio management fund accounting trade lifecycle asset servicing and risk management.
Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) use cases process maps and data flow diagrams.
Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure business requirements are translated into effective technology solutions.
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and assist in test case preparation validation and defect resolution.
Drive business process improvements and digital transformation within the wealth and investment management ecosystem.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as MiFID II FATCA AML/KYC and GDPR and align deliverables with industry best practices.
Act as a liaison between business and technology teams ensuring clarity alignment and timely delivery of project outcomes.
Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies for sprint planning backlog management and collaborative solution development.
Create and maintain documentation in JIRA Confluence or other project management tools.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration Economics or related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
812 years of experience as a Business Analyst within the BFSI domain specifically in Financial Services or Investment Management.
Strong knowledge of financial products - Equities Fixed Income Derivatives Mutual Funds ETFs and Alternative Investments.
Familiarity with front-office middle-office and back-office processes across trading settlement and reconciliation.
Experience working with portfolio management systems trading platforms and financial data providers (e.g. Bloomberg Reuters Charles River Aladdin).
Proficiency in business process modeling data mapping and requirements documentation.
Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks with experience using JIRA and Confluence for project management.
Excellent communication analytical thinking and stakeholder engagement skills.
