Job Summary

Role

Lead the designarchitectureand implementation of complex ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM)and Governance Riskand Compliance (GRC) solutions.

Provide subject matter expertise on risk-related capabilities including risk identificationassessment mitigationand monitoring.

Translate business objectives into effective scalableand secure technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

Guideand mentor technical teams throughout the IRM implementation lifecycle ensuringalignment witharchitectural standardsand best practices.

Experience Level

5 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow IRM including extensive work focused GRC processes.

10 years of professional experience in risk management GRC orarelated field demonstratingadeep understanding of risk-related processes.

Proven track record of success inarchitectingand delivering significant ServiceNow IRM implementations for large enterprises.

Expertise in core IRM capabilities suchas Issue Management Incident Management Loss Events Controls Testing Risk Identification Riskand Control Self-Assessments (RCSA)and Emerging Risk programs.

Qualifications

Deep functionaland technical understanding of the ServiceNow IRM suite including Risk capabilities suchas Issue/Incident Management Loss Events etc.

In-depth knowledge of GRCand risk management frameworksand best practices.

Strong communicationand presentation skills with theability to convey complex technical concepts to both technicaland non-technical stakeholders.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology orarelated field or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to Have

Experience implementing IRM solutions in regulated industries suchas financeand banking.

Proficiency withAgile or other iterative development methodologies.

Experience with other risk management software or enterprise risk processes.

Daily Tasksand Responsibilities

Lead technical workshops to implementand validate GRC/IRM requirements with business stakeholders.

Designand document technical solutions within ServiceNow IRM that meet business objectivesand leverage platform best practices.

Configure customizeand implement ServiceNow IRMapplicationsand modules to support the full risk lifecycle.

Develop risk-relatedartifacts suchas risk registers riskassessment methodologiesand control frameworks.

Createand configure dashboardsand reports to provide stakeholders with visibility into the organizations riskand compliance posture.

Advise on platform governance risk data modelsand long-term roadmap planning for the ServiceNow IRM landscape.

Conduct technical reviewsand provide guidance to junior developersand implementation teams on risk functionality.

Troubleshootand resolve complex risk-related issuesand provide ongoing support for implemented IRM solutions.

Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow IRM product releases industry trendsand regulatory changes impacting risk management.

Oversee the development of configurations thatautomate riskassessments controls testingand issue management workflows.
