Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret technical specifications and develop comprehensive test cases accordingly.
Perform clinical and benefit plan validation with a strong understanding of plan database and plan edits.
Utilize CVS tools such as EZTEST SFDC EZQUERY for test execution and validation.
Execute query-based testing using plan database configurations.
Conduct reviews of test cases and results with clients and stakeholders.
Ensure high-quality deliverables by adhering to QA standards methodologies and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

3 years of experience in leading QA projects.
4 years of experience with SQL queries or clinical/benefit information.
Hands-on experience with VB Script/QTP.
Knowledge of AI/Gen AI concepts applied in QA processes.
Experience in healthcare domain with strong clinical/benefits understanding.
Proficiency in manual testing AS400 systems and healthcare plan validation.
