Job Summary
Job Summary:
Collaborate with Productand UX teams to shapeapplication look-and-feeland enhance user experience
Maintain front-end codebase integrityarchitectureand platform standards
Design develop test deployand support front-end solutions inacloud-native full-stack toolchain
Write clean maintainableand testable code inaccordance with JPMC standards
Conductand participate in code reviews to promote best practicesand continuous process improvement
Build reusable shareable UI componentsand design-system elements
Integrate front-end features with partner technology teamsand back-end services
Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies (planning stand-ups retrospectives) with product ownersand cross-functional teams
Researchand evangelize new front-end methodologies toolsand technologies
Required Qualifications & Skills
Professional software engineering experience with formal training or certification
Deep expertise in modern front-end technologies:
>> React (hooks component-basedarchitecture state management context/Redux)
>> TypeScript & JavaScript (ES6 features promisesasync patterns)
>> CSS (modern techniques preprocessors responsive design)
>> Single-PageApplications (SPAs)and RESTful integrations
Proficient with build toolsand version control:
>> Webpack Rollup Git/GitHub
Strong understanding of enterprise webapplication lifecycle (design build deploy)
Experience with UI testingand quality frameworks:
>> Jest Cypress React Testing Library
Familiarity withaccessibility standards (ADA/WCAG) UI design systemsand content management systems
Exposure to webanalytics digital-marketing experimentationand performance metrics
Hands-on with CI/CDand DevOps tooling (e.g. Jenkins pipelines)
Excellent collaborationand influencing skillsacross product UXanalyticsand compliance teams
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
Broad knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)andAgile/Scrum methodologies
Proficiency in testautomation frameworksand BDD tools (e.g. Cucumber Smartspec)
