Job Summary

Summary:
Seeking a skilled NETA Testing Technician to perform testing troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical power distribution systems up to 15 kV. The role involves hands-on field work technical supervision and report preparation.

Mandatory: NETA (LEVEL - 2 - 4)

Responsibilities:

Test and maintain electrical power systems switchgear and relays.
Perform troubleshooting calibration and load recording.
Conduct power system studies (short circuit coordination).
Lead field projects and ensure safety and quality compliance.
Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation.
Support business growth through client engagement and accurate project scoping.

Qualifications:

BSEE/BSME technical school graduate or equivalent military training with relevant field experience.
Minimum 34 years of similar testing experience.
NETA certification required.
Strong knowledge of NEC OSHA and NFPA standards.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer-controlled test equipment.
Valid drivers license; ability to travel up to 50%.
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Physical Requirements:

Regular lifting up to 25 lbs; occasional lifting of 100 lbs test sets.
Ability to stand walk climb and kneel as required.
