Key Responsibilities:
- Application Development:Design develop and deploy process automation and workflow applications using theAppian platform. This includes building user interfaces (using SAIL) process models records and business rules.
- System Integration:Integrate Appian applications with external systems databases and APIs to create seamless end-to-end business solutions.
- Requirements Analysis:Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
- Code Quality & Best Practices:Ensure adherence to Appian development best practices Northern Trusts architecture frameworks and coding standards. Participate in code and design reviews to maintain high-quality deliverables.
- Testing and Optimization:Participate in application testing (unit integration and user acceptance) and debugging to ensure functionality and optimal performance. Conduct system performance tuning as needed.
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance:Provide support and maintenance for existing Appian applications troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Technical Documentation:Create and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams test plans and release notes.
