Job Summary

As a Sr Software Engineer - Perl you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.

Responsibilities: -

Deliver customer value in the form of high-quality software components
Understand debug existing systems and propose new alternative technology in order to make them more scalable and achieve results.
Write debug and deploy code to production; deliver timely fixes.
Work collaboratively across the Technology and Product organizations to ensure alignment towards business goals
Adhere to DOD (story definition of done) as part of the sprint including unit tests functional testing code reviews no regressions bug fixes documentation and adhere to best coding practices.
Participate and contribute to scrum meetings i.e. daily stand-up sprint planning readouts and retrospectives Experience in working with Micro services will be an added advantage.

Skills: -

Mandatory skills

Familiarity of working in an Agile environment
Experience in production support and monitoring tools
Experience of modern programming languages such as: Perl Java
Experience of Unix/Linux preferred
Experience of SQL/ORACLE
Exposure to object-oriented programming & relational database technologies.
Experience in working with Micro services will be an added advantage.

Good to have skills: -

Experience in working on CI/CD Pipelines using GitLab
