Job Summary
Title: Senior Business Analyst - Salesforce
Location: Parsippany NJ (Remote)
Job Type: Contract 12 Months (W2 Only - No C2C or 1099)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong Salesforce expertise to lead requirements gathering process modeling and system analysis for enterprise applications. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and vendors to define business needs document requirements and ensure smooth delivery of Salesforce-related solutions and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document business requirements user stories and process flows.
Collaborate with development and QA teams for testing and UAT execution.
Support integrations between Salesforce SAP and other enterprise systems.
Ensure alignment with Agile methodology and IT standards.
Required Skills:
12 years as a Business Analyst with Salesforce (Sales/Experience Cloud).
Strong experience in Agile/Scrum Jira and workflow/process design.
Excellent communication documentation and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with system integrations (SAP Data Lake ERP).
Nice to Have:
Manufacturing or B2B industry experience.
CBAP certification Lucidchart and Google Suite knowledge.
