Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Identify prospect onboard new clients (HNI family offices institutional)
  • Pitch and close investment solutions across equity derivatives PMS fixed income AIFs global equities unlisted & private deals
  • Understand client goals risk appetite financial situation; structure tailored portfolios and advice
  • Cross-sell and deepen wallet share of existing clients
  • Monitor portfolios provide periodic reviews performance reporting rebalancing suggestions
  • Stay updated on market trends macro / micro developments regulatory changes; share insights with clients
  • Coordinate with research operations legal / compliance teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Hit revenue / AUM targets track and report pipeline client metrics conversions
  • Maintain high levels of client service retention and satisfaction; handle escalations

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelors / Masters degree in Finance Economics Business or equivalent
  • 2 years of experience in wealth management investment sales client acquisition or advisory roles
  • Track record of sourcing and closing deals in equities alternatives PMS / AIF or private markets
  • Strong understanding of capital markets derivative instruments fixed income alternate investments
  • Excellent relationship building communication negotiation presentation skills
  • Self-motivated target driven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • NISM Certification required
