Responsibilities
- Identify prospect onboard new clients (HNI family offices institutional)
- Pitch and close investment solutions across equity derivatives PMS fixed income AIFs global equities unlisted & private deals
- Understand client goals risk appetite financial situation; structure tailored portfolios and advice
- Cross-sell and deepen wallet share of existing clients
- Monitor portfolios provide periodic reviews performance reporting rebalancing suggestions
- Stay updated on market trends macro / micro developments regulatory changes; share insights with clients
- Coordinate with research operations legal / compliance teams to ensure seamless execution
- Hit revenue / AUM targets track and report pipeline client metrics conversions
- Maintain high levels of client service retention and satisfaction; handle escalations
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelors / Masters degree in Finance Economics Business or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in wealth management investment sales client acquisition or advisory roles
- Track record of sourcing and closing deals in equities alternatives PMS / AIF or private markets
- Strong understanding of capital markets derivative instruments fixed income alternate investments
- Excellent relationship building communication negotiation presentation skills
- Self-motivated target driven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- NISM Certification required
