Are you a curious person with a broad technical interest We are now looking for an engineer for our Production Test Development. A role where you will be part of our development projects cooperating with other disciplines to ensure a smooth and well function production flow. The position is placed in Lund and you will be part of our Industrialization Production & Test (IPT) team for the product area Extended Video Products (EVP).

The IPT EVP team is part of the Global industrialization department responsible for how the Axis products should be produced. What youll do here as Production Test Engineer

In your role as a Design for Test engineer you secure all tests needed for production. You work in close cooperation with the project team members from R&D and Operations. You integrate different test solutions developed by the production test platform teams and you participate in the development projects from the early concept phase to mass production. More precisely your role includes:

• To plan and implement the production test system and in cooperation with your colleagues ensure that the test flow is optimized and with the right quality.
• To integrate hardware and software in our test systems.
• Configuration of test sequences in National Instrument TestStand.
• To order and secure all hardware needed for the production test systems such as test fixtures electronics boards etc.
• Participate in test system improvements and the strategies going forward.

Our production sites are situated around the world and in this position you will together with other members of the project team travel to these sites to deploy and enhance our production test systems.

You have a broad technical interest and prefer to work with all aspects of the product rather than deep dive into specific areas or details. Wed love to hear that you have/are:

• This position we are open to both junior and experienced engineers
• We believe that you have a . or . within Computer Science Engineering Physics Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• You have at least basic knowledge in SW development.
• Previous experience from National Instruments TestStand is considered as a bonus.

The position includes some travelling where you typically visit our production sites to set-up the production systems (Approximately 20 days/ year).
