The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Business Application Consulting team you lead the implementation of Oracle SCM solutions focusing on Global Trade Management. As a Manager you are accountable for guiding teams through complex project implementations leveraging your industry knowledge to deliver exceptional client service and drive successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

- Lead teams in delivering Oracle Supply Chain Management solutions focused on Global Trade Management

- Mentor junior staff to enhance their skills and career growth

- Manage project timelines and deliverables to maintain client expectations

- Identify and address challenges in project execution proactively

- Foster a collaborative team environment to drive innovation

- Uphold the firms quality standards and ethical guidelines

- Analyze system interactions to enhance supply chain processes

- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

What You Must Have

- Bachelors Degree

- 9 years of experience in implementing GTM/OTM/OM/MFG/Planning central/Inventory/Costing module in Oracle EBS/Oracle Cloud

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- 9 to 13 years of experience in Oracle Cloud implementations

- Leading at least 4 end-to-end implementations preferred

- Providing insights on industry trends and solutions

- Acting as Oracle Cloud domain and supply chain process specialists

- Understanding business requirements and system configurations

- Exposure to SCOR and APQC frameworks preferred

- Experience in pre-sales and client presentations preferred

- Demonstrating ability to lead teams and projects
