Your Role:
Perform software modifications and subsequent tests assisting the engineering team with design changes and software enhancements.
Ensure maintenance activities are consistently tracked in our maintenance management system.
Conduct pre-flight and post-flight activities and checks including visual alignment and evaluating Qualification Test Guide (QTG) results.
Oversee the preparation of simulators for regulatory evaluations.
Support our customers directly to identify and resolve issues affecting availability.
Manage logistics including parts received repairs and testing & validation.
Our Ideal Candidate:
Background in electrical avionic or computer systems engineering roles.
Degree qualification or equivalent level of training/qualifications in a relevant engineering field.
Experience with simulators or simulator systems (maintenance fault finding defect resolution) is beneficial but not essential.
Shift Pattern:
11-week roster with shifts that include days nights weekends and bank holidays. Shifts are planned months in advance.
