An established global manufacturer is seeking a Lead Manufacturing Engineer to bridge Product Engineering and Manufacturing operations. This role will ensure seamless transition of designs into production and drive technical excellence in the remanufacturing of precision components such as turbochargers and fuel injectors.

What you will be doing as a Lead Manufacturing Engineer:

Serve as the technical link between Engineering and Manufacturing to align product design with production capabilities.
Develop and refine efficient high-quality processes for remanufacturing and assembly.
Support new product launches reverse engineering and continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for process and product issues.
Ensure compliance with quality and industry standards.

What you will need as a Lead Manufacturing Engineer:

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Manufacturing or related Engineering field (Masters preferred).
Proven experience in turbocharger or fuel injector production or remanufacturing.
Strong understanding of both product and process engineering.
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
