Position Overview

We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Load / Unload associate to join a production team in Catoosa OK. The Load / Unload position involves loading and unloading glass materials safely and efficiently ensuring smooth operation of the production furnace line. This is a hands-on fast-paced role that requires physical endurance and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Load and unload glass onto and from the furnace line with precision and care.
Read and use a tape measure accurately to verify material dimensions.
Maintain consistent workflow and organization throughout the shift.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Work closely with team members to meet production goals and maintain quality standards.

Requirements

Bilingual candidates preferred.
Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
Ability to stand for long periods during 12-hour shifts.
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs safely.
Dependable punctual and team-oriented.
