This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes beauty products and wants to channel their personal expertise into creating the next generation of cosmetics and skincare solutions. Youll collaborate with an established team while bringing fresh perspectives and creative ideas that keep major beauty brands and retailers inspired by new offerings.

Responsibilities

Develop innovative makeup and skincare products to keep existing customers engaged through constant newness
Generate creative concepts for new SKUs packaging designs and product campaigns
Pitch breakthrough product ideas internally based on market trends and personal beauty insights
Leverage personal beauty product knowledge to identify market opportunities and consumer needs
Work within established internal processes while contributing fresh creative perspectives
Stay current on beauty retail trends through regular market engagement
Collaborate with international teams to bring diverse cultural insights into product development
Support the companys 2026 expansion strategy through continuous ideation and innovation

Requirements

Heavy user of makeup and skincare products with deep personal product knowledge (non-negotiable)
Highly innovative and creative mindset with the ability to generate original ideas independently
Background in the beauty industry strongly preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in product development or a related field (preferred but flexible for the right candidate)
Bonus: Experience in a creative agency environment for ideation and campaign development
Familiarity with beauty retail environments and a passion for staying ahead of trends
Enthusiasm for transforming personal beauty expertise into professional product innovation
