About the Role:

As a Career Counsellor at IIDE Delhi you will play a key role in guiding prospective students through their educational journey. You will counsel students on IIDEs digital marketing courses provide career advice and help them select the right learning path. Additionally you will contribute to achieving enrollment targets and mentor junior counsellors when required. This role demands strong communication skills empathy and a results-driven approach.


What Youll Do:

Student Counseling & Guidance:

  • Counsel students about IIDEs digital marketing programs and help them select the right course based on their goals.

  • Communicate with students and parents both in-person and over calls addressing queries and guiding them through course options.

  • Provide expert advice on career opportunities and the learning outcomes of IIDE programs.

Mentorship & Team Collaboration:

  • Mentor junior counsellors to enhance their performance and counseling effectiveness.

  • Support new team members during onboarding and training.

  • Collaborate with peers and management to ensure smooth operations and consistent conversion performance.

Target Achievement & Reporting:

  • Consistently meet daily weekly and monthly enrollment targets.

  • Conduct follow-ups with leads and track conversions using CRM tools.

  • Maintain accurate records reports and analytics to improve team performance.

Additional Duties:

  • Handle escalations or complex student queries as required.

  • Participate in promotional and engagement activities for student outreach.

  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Sales Manager or management.


Who You Are:

Must-Have:

  • 18 years of experience in counseling or sales preferably in the EdTech industry.

  • Excellent written and spoken English.

  • Strong interpersonal listening and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to achieve sales and counseling targets.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales automation tools.

Should Have:

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Leadership potential and readiness to take on additional responsibilities.

Nice to Have:

  • Prior work experience in EdTech or education counseling.

  • Certifications or knowledge in digital marketing or education counseling.


Expected Deliverables / KPIs:

  • Calls: 6080 connected calls per day.

  • Revenue Targets: Consistent achievement of weekly enrollment and revenue goals.

  • Talk Time: 23 hours of active talk time daily.

  • Location Requirement: Candidate must be residing in Delhi.




Required Skills:

Required Experience and Qualifications: 10 years of work experience in sales Must have managed a team of 30 Excellent communication and management skills Deep understanding of conversion rates Strong sales orientation and customer focus Working knowledge of CRMs and Sales automation tools Must be proficient in MS-Office Great objection handling skills Expected KPIs Maintaining hygiene in lead funnel to arrive at desired sales Improving and maintaining sales conversion rates Monitoring calls and sales counselors productivity. Ensuring team productivity is at its highest to achieve monthly targets
