Job Summary

- Source new micro borrowers through field visits community partners referrals and local events.

- Conduct KYC and basic financial assessment (income cashflow guarantors collateral where applicable).

- Present products explain pricing/fees/repayment schedules collect documentation and submit complete files.

- Build accurate files (applications IDs income proofs site visit reports photos guarantor docs).

- Coordinate with credit/operations for approvals disbursement and account opening.

- Monitor repayments conduct reminders/visits and implement early-warning actions to minimize PAR.

- Handle inquiries complaints renewals top-ups and cross-sell suitable products (savings cards insurance).

- Adhere to policies (KYC/AML/CBR) maintain MIS/CRM updates and submit daily/weekly activity reports.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree (business commerce economics or related preferred).

- 05 years in sales/field collections/retail banking/ Microfinance

- Strong field sales negotiation and relationship-building

- Microfinance or community development experience
