Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles.

  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and job requirements.

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top tech talent.

  • Manage mentor and guide recruiters and sourcers.

  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience and promote our employer brand.

  • Track recruiting metrics and improve hiring processes.

Requirements

  • 6 years of recruiting experience including 2 in a lead or senior role.

  • Strong track record hiring engineers developers and product professionals.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience using modern ATS and sourcing tools.

  • Knowledge of current tech hiring trends and best practices.



Requirements

Working onsite from our local Oakville office. Working hours: 10am to 5pm.
