Irrigation Gardening Team Member

Green by Nature is seeking a dedicated and experienced Irrigation Technician to join our team. If you thrive on variety have a keen eye for detail and are passionate about sustainable outdoor environments this could be the role for you!

Reporting to the Irrigation Manager you will be responsible for the operation maintenance and repair of irrigation systems helping deliver outstanding green space results for our clients.

This role is based in Salisbury and will be working across sites in and around Brisbane and the Gold Coast

Responsibilities

• Install program maintain and repair irrigation systems
• Conduct regular audits and implement irrigation programs
• Diagnose faults and carry out timely repairs
• Ensure systems are event-ready through pre- and post-irrigation audits
• Planting and mulching
• Turf Installs and repairs
• Garden / Turf rejuvenation
• Work collaboratively within a professional safety-first team
• Ensure all works are delivered in line with industry best practices WHS regulations and company quality systems.

About You

With proven hands on experience installing servicing and repairing irrigation systems you are proud of the expertise and technical knowledge that you can bring to your next role.

You excel at managing multiple projects and the competing priorities that a role working across multiple sites alongside the Irrigation Manager and Improvement Team. Your ability to read and interpret irrigation drawings and plans has been well-honed during your recent on site experiences.

You pride yourself on being a collaborative team member with a hands-on approach and strong problem-solving are IT literate and are comfortable communicating with a wide range of people.

It is essential that you have a current drivers licence working with children check and construction white card

Most importantly you have a proactive mindset and an unwavering commitment to high-quality work
