What we are looking for:

Were looking for a Leasing Specialist to join our high performing team.

What your day will look like:

Overseeing the end to end lease management process for Councils property portfolio
Conducting lessee meetings to monitor compliance with lease conditions and support ongoing property management
Building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and providing solutions as they arise
Ensuring accurate and compliant documentation

What youll need for success:

Experience in managing property transactions including negotiating leases and managing portfolios
Strong communication and interpersonal skills the ability to build positive working relationships
A high level of computer literacy and system knowledge including strong word processing document formatting records management finance and asset management skills.

Whats nice to have:

Experience in local government
Experience in commercial or community leasing
