Job Summary
*This role requires the P&C State license if you do currently hold the State license you must be willing to obtain.
Duties
- Lead Generation: Proactively seek out new opportunities through different channels referrals events warm leads.
- Possess the ability to update and educate your customers on the various insurance options that will best fit their unique needs.
- Maintain the necessary skillset to cross-sell and upsell insurance services that best maximize your customers lifestyle.
- Handle any/all necessary insurance policy related tasks including but not limited to collecting payments identifying claim errors update all necessary policy changes.
- Play a pivotal role in helping clients and their families protect their most important possessions.
- Stay up to date on industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or customer service-related roles preferably in insurance sales or related fields.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences both via phone and in person.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and outside sales strategies is desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for effective sales administration.
- A proactive approach to identifying market opportunities and driving results.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- State Insurance License is a plus or must be willing to obtain required licensures.
- P&CP aids with the required licensures along with guaranteed job placement.
