Requirements

    To qualify for a remote position candidates must have prior experience working with a State Farm Agent.
Remote applicants are expected to demonstrate:
  • Active Property & Casualty License
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for effective sales administration.
  • Proficiency in State Farm systems including NECHO SFPP and ECRM
  • Strong understanding of State Farm processes and workflows
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory standards
