The Grandview by Erickson Senior LivingErickson Senior Living is thrilled to announce the opening of The Grandview our newest state-of-the-art high-rise community located in Bethesda MD later this year. This unique community will provide a vibrant lifestyle for over 1200 residents.
Servers are responsible for serving residents and guest meals in a friendly service-oriented manner. The server records and inputs into the POS system beverage and food orders delivers and serves food ensures exceptional guest service. This position requires the ability to multi task with a sense of urgency. Assignments can include Bartending Serving Busser Runner Meal Plater Catering Meal Preparation and Utility. This position offers valuable experience with flexible weekend hours and no late nights. Its an excellent chance to develop your skills and set the stage for future success.

How you will make an impact
- Develop expertise in menu items daily specials and preparation methods to become a subject matter expert
- Enhance resident and guest engagement by sharing daily menu highlights and suggesting recommendations that are tailored to their preferences
- Record food and beverage orders with precision and accuracy
- Deliver an exceptional dining experience consistently
What you will need
- Meet the states age requirement for serving alcohol
- Must be 18 years old.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Good communication skills
