Forest Lake Area School District is currently seeking applicants for the position of an ECFE Teaching Assistant II to start ASAP

POSITION:	ECFE Teaching Assistant II
LOCATION:	The Education Center & Lino Lakes Elementary
STARTING RATE of PAY/RANGE:	$17.98 -21.78
The rate of pay is subject to change based on the bi-annual review of the school board.	4.25 Hrs/day 2 days/week and 69 days/yr 9:00am-1:15pm Tuesday and Thursday

Job Description

Forest Lake Area Schools is seeking caring and enthusiastic individuals to serve as Teaching

Assistants in our Early Childhood Program for the 2025-2026 school year. Teaching Assistants play

an essential role in supporting classroom instruction promoting a positive learning environment and

helping young children develop foundational skills in a nurturing setting.

As a Teaching Assistant you will work alongside early childhood educators to assist with daily

classroom activities support individual and small group learning and help maintain a safe

welcoming and engaging environment for preschool-aged children.

Any specific qualifications or licenses required

Preferred:

Experience working with young children in an educational or care setting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to take direction collaborate with educators and work as part of a team

Patience flexibility and a genuine interest in early childhood education

High school diploma or equivalent required

Additional information:

Rate of pay is subject to change based on the bi-annual review of the school board.
