**Up to $5000 Sign On Bonus Offered**

Paid out in FULL after 30 days of employment

CHI Health has an amazing opportunity to add a Clinic LPN Scheduler to our GI team located at our CUMC-Bergan Campus / Service Center off of 77th & Mercy!

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-430p NO weekends NO holidays & NO call!

Are you a highly organized LPN who excels at coordinating complex schedules while keeping a calm positive attitude Do you love the satisfaction of a perfectly orchestrated day Our fast-paced Gastroenterology Clinic is seeking a skilled LPN Procedure Scheduler to be the maestro of our scheduling ensuring a smooth harmonious experience for our patients and providers.

Scheduling and Coordinating Procedure Appointments:

  • Scheduling procedure appointments for patients to include:
  • Creating (from template) instructions from a completed questionnaire.
  • Enter medication for the upcoming procedure (when needed).
  • Other duties as assigned.

Verifying Patient Information:

  • Confirming patient demographics insurance information and other relevant details.
  • Communicating with Patients and Healthcare Teams:
  • Communicating appointment details handling inquiries and coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Managing Pre-procedure calls and Reminders:

  • Creating and sending out patient instructions for the scheduled procedure.
  • During the pre-procedure call they will review patients instructions ensuring patients receive necessary information for the scheduled procedure.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program
  • Current LPN license in good standing with the state licensing board
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) American Heart Association
  • Completion of IV Therapy Course
